CREW-CONTACT offer recurrent courses in CRM and dangerous goods for Airlines and individuals.
Our experienced team of trainer, consisting of EASA, JAR, FAA and ICAO certified and licensed cockpit crew member, welcome you in our facilities in Frankfurt to keep you current.
Alternatively we train at your airline facilities as an in-house solution.

Newest teaching practices impart the pilots usable CRM skills, which can immediately be used to significantly enhance the safety .
Our CRM training includes : Statistics and examples of human factors related accidents, human error and reliability, error chain,error prevention and detection, threat and error management, company safety culture, SOP´s, organisational factors, fitness and health, Stress, fatigue & vigilance, information acquisition and processing, situational awareness, workload management, decision making, effective communication and co-ordination inside and outside the cockpit, management, leadership and team behaviour, conflict resolution, non-technical skills assessment (NOTECHS), automation, philosophy of the use of automation (if relevant to the type), specific type-related differences and case based studies.
- CRM initial - for pilots without previous CRM training (3 day training)
- CRM changing operator - for new pilots with CRM training ( 2 day training )
- CRM recurrent - for pilots with previous CRM training (1 day training)
